The SORANO HOTEL offers a special collaboration package to coincide with the PLAY! MUSEUM “Nontan 50th Anniversary Celebration: Friends Forever!!!” exhibition.
The package includes a stay at the SORANO HOTEL and admission tickets for the Nontan 50th Anniversary Celebration: Friends Forever!!! exhibition, and is available to 50 parties on a first-come, first-served basis.
As a special perk, while advance reservations of a timed-entry, while the exhibition requires visitors to book timed-entry tickets in advance, package guests receive open-dated tickets for all guests in the party. Additionally, to commemorate your stay, each party receives one set of original Nontan postcards featuring the hotel logo (1 set containing 3 designs; not for sale) exclusive to this package.
Feel free to add a message or a note about your trip, and take home a memorable postcard capturing your time with Nontan, your family, and friends.

About Nontan
A curious and mischievous kitten, Nontan is the star of a popular best-selling picture book series that has sold over 35 million copies since the 1976 publication of Nontan, Let Me Use the Swing (Nontan Buranko Nosete). The fun time he spends with his many friends has made him a beloved figure across generations, cherished by both children and adults alike.
PLAY! MUSEUM hosts an interactive exhibition to celebrate Nontan’s 50th anniversary.
The exhibition recreates the world of the picture books and invites interaction, allowing visitors to celebrate Nontan’s birthday, play on the swings, exercise with Nontan, and more.
In addition, the exhibition showcases approximately 50 colorful original illustrations from the books, as well as rare sketches.
Everyone, regardless of age, can become Nontan’s friend to enjoy the exhibition together.
