In pursuit of comfort and consideration for ecology, SORANO HOTEL will furnish guest rooms with high-resilience urethane foam mattresses that are free of organic matter.
The mattresses feature breathable, highly resilient material called “Fine Cell” developed by Nishikawa, a bedding manufacturer actively involved with SDGs. The material moderately cushions your body and restores itself, boasts excellent air permeability due to a porous structure that could not be achieved with conventional memory foam mattresses, and maintains a hardness that is not greatly affected by temperature changes. Durable and resistant to sagging, the mattresses maintain a comfortable resilience that leads to sleeping satisfaction.

Our hotel holidays from January to December 2024 are as follows. Our hotel will be closed on the dates indicated by the red circles, from 3:00 p.m. on Wednesdays to 11:00 a.m. on Thursdays.
*Check-in and SORANO SPA is 1:00 p.m. on Thursdays.
*We will be closed on February 4 (Sunday) in observance of the closure of the entire GREEN SPRINGS complex for routine legal inspection of facilities.

Guests must be at least 4 years of age to use the Infinity Pool. The Infinity Pool is open until 6:00 p.m. for guests 16 years of age and under.

- MEAL You can dine with your dog at designated terrace seats at the restaurant. However, the terrace seats may be closed due to rainy weather or other weather conditions.
