Yuta Takahashi
Assistant Executive Chef, Sorano Rooftop Bar
Born in 1986. Moved to France in 2012 and gained experience at Les 110 de Taillevent in Paris and La Côte Saint-Jacques in Burgundy. After returning to Japan, sharpened his skills as a department manager at Michelin-starred restaurants in Japan and abroad, including Crescent and Antica Osteria del Ponte.
Joined the SORANO HOTEL in 2021. As the assistant executive chef of the dining bar, SORANO ROOFTOP BAR, consistently creates sophisticated Italian cuisine that is uncompromising in both presentation and flavor. Uses his sommelier qualifications to prepare dishes that pair perfectly with alcohol.
