The SORANO Gourmet Club is a program in which registered users can earn points based on the percentage set for each of three ranks and according to the amount used at DAICHINO RESTAURANT and SORANO ROOFTOP BAR inside the SORANO HOTEL. The awarded points, worth one yen per point, can be used for future payment at the restaurants.
*The program is scheduled to start at the SORANO ROOFTOP BAR on July 8, 2023.

Membership Registration:

To use the SORANO Gourmet Club, you will need to register for membership with your mobile device.

How to register for membership
Scan the QR code provided at the restaurant. After clicking the URL and completing the registration form with your e-mail, name, and contact information, you will receive an email to confirm completion of your registration, and a membership card will be issued. A valid email address is required in order to register for the SORANO Gourmet Club.

SORANO Gourmet Club Membership Level & Awarded Points

Points are awarded at the time of settlement for use at the restaurants. Points are awarded for 5%, 10%, or 15% of the amount used at the restaurants (exclusive of consumption tax), depending on your membership level. Any amount paid with your points is not included.

When your awarded points reach a certain amount, your membership level will be upgraded to Bronze or Gold, and the points award rate will increase according to your membership level. If the points required for a certain period of time are not maintained, your membership level will be downgraded.
*Points used to maintain and upgrade your membership level are also eligible as points used within the target period, so there is no need to save and refrain from using these points.

Achieving and Maintaining Membership Levels, Awarding of SORANO Gourmet Club Points

Level 1 / General Member:

Points award rate:	5% of the amount used at the restaurants
Upgrade level:	Upgrade to the Level 2 Bronze Member when cumulative points earned within 180 days from the first time you earned points after registering as a SORANO Gourmet Club Member, or if 181 days has passed, when points earned in the past 180 days reach at least 5,000 points.

Level 2 / Bronze Member:

Points award rate:	10% of the amount used at the restaurants
Maintain level:	Maintain the Bronze Member level when cumulative points earned in the past 180 days on a monthly basis after becoming a Bronze Member reach at least 5,000 points.
Downgrade level:	Downgrade to the General Member level when cumulative points earned in the past 180 days on a monthly basis after becoming a Bronze Member remain at 4,999 points and under.
Upgrade level:	Upgrade to the Level 3 Gold Member when cumulative points earned in the past 180 days after becoming a Bronze Member reach at least 20,000 points.

Level 3 / Gold Member:

Points award rate:	15% of the amount used at the restaurants
Maintain level:	Maintain the Gold Member level when cumulative points earned in the past 180 days on a monthly basis after becoming a Gold Member reach at least 20,000 points.
Downgrade level:	Downgrade to the Level 2 Bronze Member when cumulative points earned in the past 180 days on a monthly basis after becoming a Gold Member reach 5,000 to 19,999 points, and downgrade to the Level 1 General Member when cumulative points remain at 4,999 points and under.

Ineligibility for Receiving SORANO Gourmet Club Points

1.	If multiple members use the same table at the restaurant, only one member per party can receive points for the total amount used, and points will not be granted to the other members. Separate settlements and billing are not available.
2.	Points are not awarded if you do not request it at the time of payment for the amount used. You cannot apply for it on a later date.
3.	Points are not awarded for use of the restaurants included in accommodation packages and for which the settlement is charged to the room as accommodation fees. Points are awarded only when the payment is made at the restaurants.
4.	Points are not awarded for the amount used for breakfast at the restaurants or in-room dining in guest rooms. However, points are awarded for the amount used for the course menu and beverages included in the hotel’s anniversary package.

Terms of Use and Expiration of SORANO Gourmet Club Points

1.	Points are valid for ninety (90) days from the date of award the last time you used the restaurants. Points not used within ninety (90) days from the date of award will expire without advance notice. By using the restaurants within ninety (90) days from the last time points were awarded with use of the restaurants, the expiration date will be automatically renewed for another ninety (90) days from the time of such use. If all points held by the member expires pursuant to this item, (i) the membership level at the time of expiration will be maintained if points were awarded within 180 days prior to expiration, and (ii) the membership level will be lowered to the General Member if points were not awarded within 180 days prior to expiration.
2.	Points not used within 270 days from the last date of use of the restaurants will expire without advance notice.
3.	Expired points cannot be returned, carried over, or exchanged for money.

1.	Registered personal information can be edited from your mobile phone.
2.	You can check your SORANO Gourmet Club Points history, balance, and other information with your membership card.
