The kitchen in front of the dining table showcases the chef's handiwork in food preparation and gives you an opportunity to hear the chef's engaging stories about the ingredients and cooking methods. Enjoy a remarkable private dining experience with a special menu based on your request.

With a focus on "the right crop for the right land", or procuring the best ingredients from the best places, high-quality ingredients carefully selected by our chefs are collected from across the country. At the same time, local ingredients produced in Tachikawa, the nearby Tama area, and the Chichibu and Koshin areas are also offered as local attractions in hopes that you will recognize the richness of Tokyo-produced ingredients.
