Partial Revision to the Terms of Use

Membership Registration

【Before revision】
A valid email address is required to register for Loyalty Program.

【After revision】
To register for the loyalty program, a valid email address belonging to the member is required.

How Points are Credited, etc.

【Before revision】
SORANO Points are credited in the amount of 15% of the room charge at the time of accommodations (excluding taxes such as consumption tax and Tokyo accommodation tax, collectively “Usage Amount”). Any amount paid with SORANO Points is excluded from Usage Amount.

【After revision】
15 SORANO points (consumption tax included) are rewarded for every 100 yen spent on the room charge and restaurant, bar, and spa treatment charges you selected when booking through the hotel’s official website (Tokyo accommodation tax excluded; hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Amount Spent” ). Please note that the Amount Spent does not include any payments made using SORANO points.

Point Use Terms and Expiration　　Effective April 1, 2026

【Before revision】
SORANO Points are valid for two years from the date they are credited. SORANO Points not used within two years from the date they are credited will expire without notice.

【After revision】
SORANO Points are valid for one year from the date they are credited. SORANO Points not used within one year from the date they are credited will expire without notice.

【Before revision】
Registered personal information can be edited from the Loyalty Program registration page.

【After revision】
Registered personal information can be edited from the Loyalty Program registration page.
Please be advised that your membership account may be suspended if your date of birth or personal information linked to your date of birth is changed without prior notice.

New Member Benefits (Choose Your Birthday Benefit) ≪Effective April 1, 2026≫

Hotel credit valued at 5,000 yen for use at DAICHINO RESTAURANT(Including in-room dining) and SORANO ROOFTOP BAR.
