The SORANO Loyalty Program is a free membership program promising attractive benefits during your stay.

Redemption of 15% of your room rate; free use of the Infinity Pool (normally 2,200 yen per person per night, tax inclusive) for all guests staying in your room; birthday benefit even for first-time guests (choose one from six offers, including a bottle of sparkling wine, 5,000-yen credit, room upgrade, and more)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 4 days prior to arrival to avoid cancellation charges. Cancellations within 3 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Modification Policy:
Early Bird 60 Days: Modifications for your package can be made until 61 days before your arrival. Modifications cannot be made after 60 days. In that case, please cancel your booking and make a new reservation.
Early Bird 30 Days: Modifications for your package can be made until 31 days before your arrival. Modifications cannot be made after 30 days. In that case, please cancel your booking and make a new reservation.
Early Bird 14 Days: Modifications for your package can be made until 15 days before your arrival. Modifications cannot be made after 14 days. In that case, please cancel your booking and make a new reservation.
