To ensure the safety and security of our guests, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation when using these products in guest rooms and other areas within the hotel.

Precautions when using and charging products

• Always charge products at a location where you can check the condition of the battery.
• Please refrain from charging products while you are not in your room, such as when going out. Please take the battery with you, and do not leave it unattended.
• Do not use products that appear to be damaged, swollen, or overheating.
• Please refrain from charging or using products in high-temperature locations or near flammable materials. In particular, please avoid using products in the following locations.

Places to avoid:
– Near windows exposed to direct sunlight
– On or near flammable materials such as beds, sheets, or curtains

Please be informed that if any of the above conditions are discovered while servicing your room, to ensure the safety of all our guests, our staff may move the device or unplug it from the outlet, thereby halting charging.
