A combination of Japanese flavors with rich matcha aroma and gentle sweetness of Dainagon azuki beans served with wasanbon ice cream, shiratama rice dumplings, fluffy whipped cream, and baked yatsuhashi cinnamon cookie. Enjoy fun changes in texture and taste.

Hachijojima Lemon and Butterfly Pea

Clear ice tinted with refreshing butterfly pea syrup is the base of a magical transformation. Pour 100% Hachijojima lemon juice on top to see the colors spread from deep blue to purple. Served with sorbet made from Tachikawa-grown blueberries, topped with soft perilla- and lemon-scented foam.
