Aqua Floating is an aquatic program in which you put on a floatation device to experience weightlessness as you float in our warm hot spring water while benefitting from our therapist’s one-on-one massage and gentle stretching.
With our program, feel your mind and body warm up and gently loosen up with the healing power of the hot spring water. Experience a sense of lightness as if your body is melting into the water just by focusing on your breathing and surrendering yourself to the aquatic environment. Turn off the switch in your brain that has been overworked by your hectic lifestyle, and release the tensions in your body – just relax! Flow with the water, and feel your mind steadily unwind. Luxuriate in restful tranquility all to yourself as you return to the water.
