Festa Italiana! Taste of Winter Menu featuring Milan
Our chef who has culinary experience in Italy brings you an authentic taste of Italy. Following our southern Italian, northern Italian, and Sicilian menus, we present part four featuring Milan, the fashion capital of the world and the second-largest city in Italy. Milan is also a food paradise of Lombardian produce and meat, especially veal, and the birthplace of Milanese risotto that capitalizes on the area’s prestige as one of Italy’s leading rice producers. It is a sophisticated metropolis where the concentration of abundant dining styles unites traditional food culture and international flavors. Travel to Milan through food.
