The SORANO ROOFTOP BAR is located opposite the SORANO HOTEL’s iconic Infinity Pool. Upon entering, you will find a “dynamic” area with a lively and casual bar counter. Guests are free to chat while standing or seated in high bar chairs and tables. The back of the bar affords a “static” area of quiet and relaxation with comfortable seats that encourage rich conversation. Along with our private room, our bar accommodates various needs, purposes, and situations.

    The Mediterranean Sea’s largest island of Sicily has been heavily influenced by various countries owing to its location and history. In terms of food, the dishes have their own personality unique from that of mainland Italy. The Middle Eastern influence is particularly strong with the use of ingredients such are chickpeas, sesame seeds, exotic spices, and sweet and sour agrodolce. In this lunch course, we offer a taste of Sicily blessed with rich seafood, abounding vegetables, and exclusive ingredients.

Our original label Spumante is made in collaboration with Astoria, a winemaker that produces high quality wines in Veneto, Italy.
The original label commemorates the opening of SORANO HOTEL and the 100th anniversary of the hotel owner, Tachihi Holdings.

BOTTLE DESIGN

BOTTLE DESIGN

The 10 ornaments that look like blue petals on the front of the bottle are inspired by the wings of aircraft, which were the main manufactured product of Tachihi Holdings. One wing represents 10 years, and 10 wings represent 100 years. The wing motif also looks like the tree leaves and flower petals that lead to the Green Springs urban subdivision and carries our aspirations for the Tachihi group and hotel to grow like the leaves and blossoming flowers. SORANO HOTEL’s sky blue is used for the bottle. Blue is used at the top of the bottle to signify the hotel that reaches the sky and the infinity pool on the top floor.

Established in 1987, Astoria produces excellent wine at its beautiful vineyard of about 16 ha on the rolling hills of Refrontolo at the center of cultivation of the great Prosecco di Conegliano-Valdobbiadene.
Astoria has won numerous awards as a superb spumante producer in Veneto, an area famed for its breweries.
