Following the notification by the Go To Travel Campaign Office, application of the campaign will be temporarily suspended until January 11 (Monday), 2021.
A hotel’s year-end and New Year holidays are usually bustling with spectacular events of various scales and an excited crowd celebrating the beginning of the new year together. As this will be the SORANO HOTEL’s first ever New Year since our opening, we wanted to make the occasion extra special; however, with the current COVID-19 situation, our theme for accommodations will be based on offering peace of mind.
To avoid creating closed spaces, crowded spaces, and close interactions, we have decided not to hold events expected to draw large crowds. Reservations will be required at our iconic Infinity Pool during congested hours, and use of our restaurant and bar will be controlled with reservations. We will also serve a limited number of set meals in guest rooms.
We place importance on offering a comfortable stay for families and couples with whom you can be most at ease. In the SORANO HOTEL’s spacious room, spend time with your favorite items brought from home, play games, observe constellations from the veranda, and enjoy a comfortable year-end and New Year holiday feeling safe and secure.
Another attraction of the SORANO HOTEL, which is based on the concept of “Well-being” – a wholesome experience to invigorate the mind and body – is the SORANO SPA, which uses hot spring water. In winter, the all-season Infinity Pool is set to 41 degrees Celsius (105.8 degrees Fahrenheit), and the steam rising from the water surface gives the pool a feel of an open-air bath. The clear air also provides a particularly stunning view of Mt. Fuji. Furthermore, exercising comfortably in personal training programs such as conditioning and aqua relaxation at the gym studio or pool provides exceptional exhilaration. We recommend that you book with breakfast, breakfast and dinner, or a spa treatment or other options in advance, as the discount does not apply to additional use of our restaurant, bar, and other facilities during your stay.
Important Note: The Go To Travel Campaign does not apply to packages and fees with points. Please be advised that the 15% reward for the SORANO Loyalty Program will not be offered. However, the Infinity Pool/Indoor Spa will be available for free throughout your stay. (If you already have points, you can use those points for part of your payment.)
