Infinity Pool Complimentary use of the SORANO HOTEL’s iconic Infinity Pool (normally 2,200 yen tax inclusive per guest per night) for all guests in the room

Points that are easy to earn and use Earn points and use them for free nights or our special service menu.

Reward 3:
Birthday Benefits When you stay within one month from your birthday, you can choose a gift.

How can I register?
You can register for free if you are at least 18 years of age and have a valid email address. Please sign up here. Please set up your email in advance so that you can receive emails from soranohotel.com and tcgms.net.
Can I receive rewards even if I do not book from the hotel website, such as through Expedia or a travel agent?
Unfortunately no. Membership rewards are only available for bookings made through the official hotel website.
How can I redeem the points I've collected?
It can be applied to accommodation expenses.
Since advance registration is mandatory, kindly mark the "Use Points" option when making your reservation.
It cannot be used when presented at the front desk during settlement.
